A night on the futon has its advantages when one is a midnight pumpkin. For when busy bodies begin bantering about in their cars, hurriedly peddling their vehicles to and frow with some secret purpose for their travel, the collective din of put-put, swish and rattle makes a body want to curl up and plug his ears. The happy twittering of morning song birds does not equate to the machine. But removed onto the living room futon from the miriad of morning sound, the sweet, pure crow of the neighbor’s rooster is like nectar to the nose. So there another day begins, creaking with stiff joints yet refreshed and alive for a new day. And what a pay day Friday it was.
While the 8:50 call never came, the call from the G did, even if 10 minutes late. So began a tangent that occupied the remaining hours of the morning. Fortunately, the timing of the day worked out perfectly after all. You just need an open mind for the opportunities to manefest in the way they are meant. In this case my return was not until 9:30 PM, a very advantageous time indeed but not one to repeat frequently. Yet the night time hours in the end proved most effective. In half the time it took to get started, the verification/validation code was complete. Now QUAIL 1.0.0.19 is running strong and PItoPI installation testing is nearly ready; only a few system commands need adding. Otherwise, the gym and planning for Sunday’s free concert outing in SF were the only two side tracks. Today Markus determined the time for circuits has arrived and so now our focus shifts away from the individual exercises.
Sweet dreams!
