Like an army of field mice the Northern storm clouds marched across coastal California, leaving quite a contrast with the glorious outdoors visit to Marsh Creek yesterday. Following a day of outdoor adventure and excitement, the harth held us home to enjoy chatting, cooking and reading. Two magnificent loaves of bread, apple salad and homos were the fruits of our labor. The Wind in the Willows was the delightful accompaniment.
