System Crash Strikes on Lunar Eclipse

Today my Braille Lite 2000 crashed again. It has been functioning flawlessly over the past year since the last memory corruption occurred (when for the first time I found null charactors popping up in the files). This is the worst yet and rendered the unit effectively inoperable.
The miracle is that “interface Rick” had just posted a couple refurbished BLT2000 units on EBay. Originally created by Blazie Engineering in 1995, the last version of the Braille Lite 2000 was last released in 2002 and has been sold and supported by Freedom Scientific up to 2010. For the last two years my unit has performed exceptionally (considering the edge conditions it is subjected to) Since 2010. I have considered getting a backup unit but until today not one was to be found anywhere. and So at last a new one is on the way.
