My story of the COVID vaccine begins with the new month. I have looked for appointments to get the vaccine for the last couple months but Kaiser is doing nothing and connecting with the right folks has been a challenge. Today I called the San Francisco Vaccine hotline at 628-652-2700 and actually spoke with a live human . The Lighthouse is giving Johnson and Johnson vaccines every Friday this month. I was promised a call back in 10-20 minutes. I received an appointment for 11:20 at the SF Lighthouse. Perhaps it was a good thing that we scheduled a snow trip but stayed home instead.
