Wednesday Progress

Today is the first day I felt no aches since Friday and only need an hour nap. My chest is slowly mending from the vaccine. I ate small morsels for breakfast, lunch and dinner, still lacking an apatite, and ended the day with weight unheard of since 2006. I am enjoying not eating because doing so has caused discomfort. The hot cross bun and 4 strawberries for lunch turned out to be the ticket.
Quiet evening activities were perfect. Today I watched the third and final segment of a documentary on the life of Ernest Hemingway. I am joyed and pleasured to happen upon this inspiring and enlightening story of such a author as Hemingway. It reminded me of the Civil War series we saw around the same time of year ten years ago at Squaw Valley. The descriptive account drew upon letters, his voluminous wrings, first hand accounts and commentary from writers and the producer. I am inspired to kindle my writing. Needless to say, stimulating activity like this was perfect for feeling good because my mind was absorbed with the show rather than the plight of my body.
