The June meeting of the San Leandro BPAC featured a visit from the ACTC planners and presentation of the Alameda County long-term bicycle and pedestrian vision network. Our chair and vice chair were re-elected for another term and then the implementation of the San Leandro streetscape project was presented and discussed. Big changes are coming to the downtown neighborhood around BART as the city moves forward on the renovation plans.
